What is Coaching?
Coaching helps you to move from where you are now, to where you want to be. It is a powerful way to gain clarity, focus and more importantly get results!
Its not about telling you how to live your life or delving into the past, it is about making a difference to your future.
Coaching is very different from other interventions such as Counselling, Mentoring and Training, which are often linked with either giving advice, or suggestions on how to approach things.
During a session, I'll help you explore your values, ideas and beliefs and empower you to take action.
For many clients, coaching is a catalyst for personal transformation, for others its about regaining control and experiencing a more positive outlook on life.

Why should I consider hiring a Coach?
My clients hire me for a number of different reasons.
For some, its about having the time and space to develop themselves free from judgements and assumptions. Family and friends are great to talk to, but they always offer you their finest opinion! A coach is objective and will not do this.
For others, they may want to re-connect with themselves. To take a deeper look at their habits and values or the reasons why they get frustrated, stressed or nervous
People experiencing transition in life or work - through redundancy, promotion, leaving or returning to work, often seek the expertise of a coach to enable them to make the transition smoother and quicker, than if they were doing it alone.
