Holistic Therapies in Emworth
I'm a firm believer that what goes on in your mind affects your body and vice versa. I have had a keen interest in the Holistic world for a number of years, mostly through experiencing treatments for my own ailments.
Some time ago, I decided that I wanted to learn how to conduct some of these techniques, mostly for what you might call 'self-administration', that is, I did not want to take on clients.
Initially I found myself drawn to learn Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key). And over several years I studied Reiki and eventually decided to become what is known as a Reiki Master. This means I am now able to teach this technique and discipline.
From there I decided to learn other holistic therapies and continue to study to broaden my experience.
All treatments are held in my treatment room in Emsworth, however I am able to visit you on request.
Reiki £25 for 45-60 minutes
The simplest way I've found to describe Reiki, is that its working with your body's own energy pathways. It works in a similar way to techniques like accupressure, but uses a light touch or on some cases a completely 'hands off' approach.
The best way to experience it really is to give it a go.

Level 1 - Introduction to Reiki
Level 2 - Learning to use Reiki on others (Practitioner level)
Level 3 - Bringing your energies to a higer level (Master level)
Level 4 - Teaching others Reiki (Master Teacher level)
I am trained to help people learn Reiki for their own benefit and in the use of using it for your own clients/friends and family.
There are several levels of Reiki that can be learned and I will only ever attune/train through the appropriate levels over a sustained period of time.
The way of learning Reiki, is that it becomes part of you. You have to work with it for a while to get used to the changes it brings in your own being. I know that sounds very deep and spiritual, it really can be a life changing experience.
